Hostile Employee Termination

Terminating an employee can far too often turn into a violent situation, both during
the event and after. Proper planning can help to mitigate problems during the situation,
but all too often our teams are called on after a human resource team learns that there
are flags; the employee has gone through a divorce, had run-ins with the Police, had a
restraining order served by a domestic partner. We prefer to plan ahead with our
clients, but are prepared to respond immediately in an emergency.
